It is aimed at encouraging homelessness services to focus on moving clients forward. We are looking for services to provide the best opportunities for their clients, that will help them to move on and make a positive change to their lives. It is not necessarily about completely revolutionising your service, as even a small change, without a large capital investment, can make a big difference.
