The Garnets is a small area in Beeston, Leeds. It’s close to the city centre, just off the M621, there are some open spaces nearby. The housing stock’s traditional, Victorian back to back terraces – solid housing that will last for years. I won’t pretend it’s the kind of area that you’d see Kirsty and Phil wax lyrical about on Location, Location, Location but it’s a decent area – there’s real pride here.
