New website helps tackle 9,000 empty properties in North London
A new North London empty property website has been launched at www.nlep.co.uk.
There are approximately 9,000 privately owned empty properties across the six London boroughs of Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, Islington and Westminster that have been lying unused for at least six months. Across these same six boroughs there are 68,500 households in housing need with another 5% living in overcrowded conditions.
