Secondment opportunity for six months – maternity cover
We require an Empty property officer to work in our private sector supply team, which is part of the housing need section.
You will be responsible for:
- Ealing’s empty property campaign
- identifying and working with owners to bring empty properties in the private sector, back into use
- working closely with other west London, sub regional partners, environment services and other departments in targeting long term empty properties
- overseeing and monitoring of grants and achieve grant expenditure in line with business objectives
